The contact form may collect your name, email address, project type, estimated budget and the information in your message. Calendly collects the information needed to book an appointment only after your explicit consent to display its service.

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess your project, prepare a discussion or draw up a proposal. Processing is based on your request for steps prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Recipients and service providers

Data is intended for Marcus Mendy. The form is submitted through Formspree. Appointment booking uses Calendly after consent. The website is hosted by Netlify. These providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are retained for up to three years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. Contract and billing data are retained for the applicable statutory periods.

Your rights
